How does our pest control service work?
Well firstly it begins with a phone conversation where you describe your problem and give us some site specific information. Using the information provided we can give you a quote over the phone and explain the various different treatment options available to you. We’ll then book a date and time most suitable for you (usually but not alway same or next day) and take it from there.
On the day of the call we will turn up on site at the pre booked slot and begin a comprehensive survey of the property and have a detailed conversation with you about the problem and treatment we’re going to enact.
In most cases treatment will begin there and then as we carry all pest control materials, ready to be used, in an unmarked van. We will apply the relevant treatment, provide any safety or legal information required and conclude with booking any follow up visits required & any health and safety documents needing signed.
